I'm not great at video games and I've avoided MMOs for so long because I was anxious about toxic players and not being "good enough".
I've gotten none of that.
As a DPS, I've had folks add me as a friend, point out cool stuff in dungeons, exchange jokes about my username, and fawn over Daddy Cid.
The one time I had a player be rude to me in a dungeon, everyone told them to stfu and I got six commendations! I was really started to stress, but the community collectively shut down toxicity before it could even start (thanks!).
As a new healer, I've gotten countless tips and tanks willing to do less crazy pulls. because of that, I'm getting pretty good at healing and I'm not as anxious about entering higher level dungeons.
So, well, jeez, thanks for being nice to a lil sprout like me!
