The Overview: We are a small, newer Free Company looking for players of all levels, skills, and experience alike to come together as one family to build a culture and community we can all be proud of. Our reason for coming together is to give a judgement-free experience to players who feel like there are too many impersonal, elitist, or out-of-touch guilds. We're building a community for players who really know what being in a guild is all about: relaxing and enjoying the game but being able to get things done without drama or animosity.
Small but Personable Community: First and foremost, our community will always strive for "Quality over Quantity." We care more about having a group of members who care for one another and the community than we do a large group who never talks to each other. We think of these things as we recruit.
Membership: The FC is open to anyone that is sociable and with a genuine desire to be part of our success. Majority of our membership are Beginners and Returners because enjoy learning and teaching as a community, but Veterans are also welcome to share their knowledge, work toward End Game Progression and Completion, while achieving their own goals with support from the community. We wish to cater to both new and experienced players. Players who look forward to planning and/or participating in our guild events, social or group like. And players who may not come on every single day, but when they do, they give us their best effort.
Social Atmosphere and Communication: While we know some players are shy and this is okay with us, we just ask that everyone has some sort of social presence when you're able to. This is a Social community after all. We provide a Discord which is required to join, BUT voice chat is optional. Our discord server is located at the top and bottom of this ad.
Learning and Teaching: A cornerstone of our community is that, for anyone interested, we will hold events and classes for any content of the game that we need to learn. And also being able to teach the things to do know to our lesser experienced members. We don't want to leave anyone behind.
Events (social, raiding, trials, etc): Our goal is to provide weekly activities for everyone to enjoy once we've reached a good number of active, core members in the community. We'll be able to base this on everyone's availability and what is in demand. Nothing will be off the table. We're just looking for everyone to enjoy themselves. Obviously, as a new Free Company, there will be things we can't pull off for now, such as Raiding, but we are working towards these things. It is part of our goal to help anyone interested in doing these things to the proper gear, skill, and comfort level.
FC Housing and Airship: Our House is located at: Plot 45, 18th Ward, The Goblet
Gardening, decorating, house parties, etc. It'll all be open to members. For the Airship, we have one Airship that we use to get materials and eventually take part in FC expeditions.
Game Content & Goals: With many expansions and patches being released over the years, our goal is to work together to make sure everyone can get through each expansion and the in-between content and achieve goals including but not limited to:
- Mechanics: for those who want to get deep into raiding
- Aether cores
- Aether currents (for flying) in HW, SB, AND ShB
- Max leveling regular classes
- Mastering Crafting & Gathering classes
- Building up your gil
- Completing all dungeons and Trials (normal to savage)
- Eureka
- Obtaining Mounts
- and so many more....
CONCLUSION
We're not looking to become the most powerful Free Company in the server, but I do hope with patience and teamwork, we can make our mark in the general public.
