The blacklist function needs hide parties made by people who've blacklisted you.

The fact that it does not at present is a problem because:

1. It allows people to potentially tell if someone has them blacklisted.

2. "Failed to join party" errors can be caused by temporary, fixable issues rather then being blacklisted but there is no way to easily identify this at present.
