To keep it short, I submitted a report earlier about a player using offensive language, and was contacted by Gm Wyndallus fairly quickly. They made note that my report was already detailed enough to open an investigation, but they had a few extra questions just to be sure about a couple things.
I happened to disconnect when teleporting during the conversation, but luckily they got back to me.
I've submitted a lot of reports but never really felt like leaving feedback (probably because I would flood the forums
), but I really appreciated them acknowledging that I politely explained to the person I reported why what they said was wrong, even though they didn't listen. Sometimes I feel like I might be overreacting or being too sensitive, so it's nice to be reassured by a GM that I'm taking correct action.
So anyway, thanks Gm Wyndallus, it was nice chatting with you.
(Hopefully this is the right place to post this, there doesn't really seem to be a subforum specifically for GM feedback or anything.)
