Thanks for contacting me about a user harassing me in game as well as psn harassment.
It was stated that "we are unable to conduct investigations.... if the player is sending harassing messages within playstation network..."
While it is true that this is happening on PSN, my psn ID is tagged IN the game and on lodestone, meaning the ffxiv team/square-enix is responsible as the reason this player connected me on psn was due to SE tagging my ID within the game.
The player did this to have no negative consequences and to evade punishment. This is very irresponsible of square-enix and must be adjusted.
Please fix this. As I would've never gotten harassed in the first place. This player should not dodge consequences by doing this.
