Not sure where else to put this, but it seems the most appropriate.
My Standard sub lapsed yesterday. Today, I started an Entry sub. I've 7 characters on Dynamis, Cuchulainn (all Home World Transferred from Crystal, Brynhildr), but with the new subscription, I can only access the first 6, but not Maeve Astana.
I'd had one character on Halicarnassus, created long ago, that I'd deleted before transferring my characters to Cuchulainn. There was an alt left on Crystal that I'd forgotten about, and despite deleting them, I cannot access my 7th character.
Searched both the FAQ and Knowledge Base, Googled, and I cannot find a solution.
