I noticed a couple of times in Stormblood's MSQ, dango is localized into English as "sweetbreads." Gosetsu exclaims, "More sweetbreads?" to Tsuyu when she buys dango.
"Sweetbread is a culinary name for the thymus or pancreas, typically from calf and lamb."
I imagine this is not what the Kugane tea house is selling. For added amusement, "sweetmeats" are typically sweet treats and would have been a more correct term to use.
I am not really recommending that, however.
