For a good while now, mentors have been abusing the kick function when one of their friends gets kicked for arguing or belittling someone in chat. I don't know how many reports I've sent in when baited, and kicked by so called 'mentor mods'. FINALLY, support did something that didn't punish those involved, but instead seemingly removed the alert that someone has been kicked, so these individuals cannot immediately kick when they see someone they like getting kicked, or someone they don't like that did the kicking.
It is a good first step, but we definitely need more done to mentors thinking the Novice Chat belongs to them, and not to the sprouts.
