I think it would be helpful for those who are still learning or those who switch a lot between classes if a visual highlight was available for skills not assigned to the bar. Maybe just a checkbox to quickly view that your skills are setup before your friends decide to throw you into a queue without giving you time (standard meme behavior haha). I took a snip of the menu and made a quick image of what that could possibly look like.
