So after getting a few hw skills I really gotta get this off my chest. One big reason I'm againt blu as limited is the overwhelming amount of filler kills and samey potency for most skills. It's super annoying that they are mostly there for the carnival vs useful skills or combos for actual raids or trial fights or dungeons.
A simple super easy solution to making it feel way more rewarding and fun is this.
Upon casting a skill, gain a stack of Azure Essence (Or whatever you'd wanna call it lol) that upon casting a different skill adds 20 potency to it while granting another stack up to 3 and after the 3rd stack it resets but casting the same skill in a row removes the stacks entirely incentivising you to actually use other skills vs just spamming the highest one you got repeatedly.
Would be super easy for devs to do something like that, and immediately improves blu by a lot. Or heck imagine if they implemented a create a combo for blu, letting you string together skills you find visually appealing. There's a few days to make skills useful outside of carnival.
