The current subtitles/item descriptions/dialogue for playing the game in Japanese on the English client are not translations for the Japanese. They are the subtitles for the English dub and its localization.
I understand enough Japanese to know that using the English localization for the japanese subtitles causes several translation errors and is very disruptive when listening to the japanese while reading. It also makes me concerned with the integrity of the story and of characters because some dialogue or descriptions are so different from English to Japanese.
I would really like to enjoy the game in my preferred language with the correct subtitles.
