I already have a house, but I browse the residential wards because I'm curious about housing turnover. For example, I generally see 2-3 small houses per week, though I believe they sell within hours. Last week was exceptional with 7 small houses, and there was a large about three weeks ago.
When I bump into someone that is house hunting, they seem doubtful because they never see houses available. I suspose this is related to time of day.
Regardless, when reviewing the wards, I believe it would be useful to have a "Sold" icon for properties that (say) were sold within the past two days. This way, people can get a sense of how many properties have sold recently, and know that they'd missed an opportunity to buy (as opposed to mistakenly thinking that houses are never available).
