[suggestion] More Leveling Gear With Scaling Stats

So now we have another earring that gives an xp bonus and it got me thinking, what if we had more items with built-in bonuses and scaling stats?

It could be more experience bonuses in other accessory slots. I don't know if the xp gain would get too high this way. What do you think? Other bonuses, such as increased walking speed, reduced Sprint cooldown, increased spiritbond speed or reduced item wear until level 70 could also work.

The main point would be to have more items, especially accessories, with scaling stats so you don't have to look for replacements so often when leveling alts. We only get main scenario gear rewards once and often rely on dungeon drops and tome gear for other jobs, because vendor gear is weak and expensive.

Bozjan Earring has been a nice incentive to keep playing the new content. Titles, mounts, minions, hair and glamour are great but at the end of the day they are cosmetic and provide no benefits to game play. They do not appeal to everyone and that's why it's important to have other kinds of rewards. A lot of side content is item level synced so flexible leveling gear may seem even more useful than high item level gear to some players.

Perhaps this could be a way to encourage people to try content they wouldn't usually play, or breathe new life into older content. Thoughts?
