The quest "Her Last Vow" awards the Manderville Coatee and Manderville Bottoms, but no gloves or shoes. The shoes can be replicated with Patrician's Gaiters, but there are no gloves that look exactly the same as those Hildibrand & Godbert Manderville and Inspector Briardien are wearing. My suggestion is to add Manderville Gloves (and perhaps Manderville Gaiters) as a seasonal quest reward.
