Currently, when a muted user types in chat you would still see "(This message is from a muted character.)" and it defeats the purpose in a duty like frontline. Your chat becomes wall with that notification like pictured below. This is all from one person. I would at least like to have a way to toggle whether I want to completely hide a user or have that message show.
