Hi, I'm new to the game I started last week, I like to rush cause there's no voice most of the time. But now I'm stuck on a quest that doesn't seem to work properly, no matters if I do what they tell me, or not, I get "DUTY failed" everytime.
Can someone help me? Feel like I'm loosing time/money.

PS : Yes I tried youtube and it don't work like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ze2J_CDQInA I still get duty failed after the first "named" NPC that I killed, never got any access to "Ovoo"
