Hi Support,
I've seen that there's a good amount of people on PC that have been having the same error, but nothing that's been previously suggested has helped with my issue.
Since the 5.4 Patch (Futures Rewritten) I've been getting unpredictable fatal crashes that vary in frequency, but since the most recent hotfix it's been way more frequent and as of today I'm now stuck in a crashloop where I'm unable to log into my character - as it'll crash whilst almost done loading - and I can't really do anything in-game such as teleporting to another location. I was in the middle of the Lvl40 Ninja Rolequest and had teleported to Camp Bronze Lake, and from then the crash loop began.
Example of crash dialog box;
I've tried updating drivers, my PC, seeing if anything was affecting RAM or CPU, closing all other programs whilst booting and loading, playing with all kinds of settings in the main menu and so on without any change.
I don't overclock my PC so this isn't an issue either.
My game is installed on a secondary HDD drive, however this shouldn't be an issue as, again, this only happened after the most recent patch + hotfix. No other programs suffer any problems from being installed onto this second drive.
Since I've read through a good amount of other threads relating to the same issue, it really does seem that this is something to do with the game itself and the recent patch instead of people's individual set ups. However I'm eager to get support to see if this is something I can at least remedy re: the loop as I'm unable to play the game at all. I can deal with infrequent crashes until a further hotfix but being unable to play a game I've sunk a lot of time, effort and money into is really not okay.
Please let me know if there's any other information that needs to be provided for support and I'll provide ASAP.
Thanks in advance!
