Since 5.3 launched I have been experiencing strange audio and other delays like pressing esc or c to open up the esc menu or character window. This only seems to happen when I'm in places like Eulmore or other major cities with large groups of people. I can hear the ingame music fine, but things like footsteps and the commotion audio when around large groups of people goes silent. When this happens it becomes impossible to open menus ingame, then when the audio catches up, menus can open again. All at once if I've pressed esc, i and c before the audio catches up.
I have checked my internet. No packet loss or speed issues on my end are showing up.
