Hi,
First just let me say that I really like the new launcher and that steam now only downloads the launcher only.
Having to download an outdated 2.0 client every time was time consuming, especially so if I already have the latest version as a backup and just want to add it to steam after a fresh re-install on either windows or linux (runs really well with DXVK, just wish steam play would work out of the box).
Anyway, now on to the issue at hand.
Steam is currently still launching ffxivboot.exe instead of ffxivboot64.exe, this is not a problem for me as I'll just run ffxivboot64 directly instead. However, for those that want to launch the game from steam this is a big issue as running the unsupported ffxivboot.exe will result in a message saying that your account has expired and that you cannot play the game, which is not true as it's just the 32-bit launcher that no longer work.
