I want to establish that gather time for Limbus is 8 PM EST. Start time for the runs will be 8:30 PM EST. With that said, I want to point out a few ideas to facilitate starting promptly in an effort to avoid overlap with Einherjar.
First of all, when I ask in LS who will participate in Limbus, please explicitly state so if you are. A simple tell or / suffices. If you do not respond in either of these manners, I cannot presume you are attending. I am not a mind reader. I cannot assume your intentions until you make them known. So again, please explicitly state if you are going to attend Limbus when asked.
The next point is that at 8 PM EST, I want everyone who plans on attending Limbus to be in Jeuno. Do not wait until the last moment then decide, as if on a whim, you suddenly want to do Limbus. If you are not at Jeuno by 8:30 PM EST, please do not bother coming to Limbus. With this rule, there might be days where Limbus is canceled if insufficient numbers are available to complete a task.
To facilitate rapid transition from Jeuno to Limbus, I will give each person possible jobs that I may need them to be for Limbus. The idea behind this is to have members have an idea of what they will bring. With that knowledge, the member should have gear prepared for these jobs should they need to change. I cannot assign permanent jobs because, of course, the jobs required are dependent on many variables such as number of people, the zones we will attempt, the jobs people have available, Reimar's mood and if it swings, etc. As a result, the listing below is a suggestion and there are times when you might be asked to come as a completely different job straight out of left field. Also, it is highly recommended that you are geared on one of these jobs. Doing so will lessen the time needed to assign jobs. I will make jobs according to what people are currently on then adjust as needed for required jobs. The job listing is as follow:
