I grew tired of trying out free companies about a year ago and figured that making my own couldn't be that hard. Since then, I have purchased a small house and reached rank 23! I am currently accruing gil for a mansion and chipping away at my personal goals. However, the more I progress through the game, the less the prospect of playing alone appeals to me. Given that, I would like to extend my house and perks to like-minded Sargatanas players who want a quiet home base to relax at and a friend to help them out when they need it. Some of the amenities I can offer are:
I am weary to get too far ahead of myself with ideas and plans because I really want the company and atmosphere to grow organically. That said, I have a few tentative thoughts to share.

- For sprouts and returners:
● HQ crafted gear so you don't need to grind or resort to the market board.
● Main and Alt job power leveling so you don't need to waste time doing it the hard way.
● Quick DPS queues as a pocket tank or healer.
● Any other help I can think of that suits your playstyle.
- For hardcore and veteran players:
● Discounted crafting and gathering services
● Scheduled daily and weekly activities. (pending sufficient member count)
● Internal and external community events!
● Alt character trading and coordination.
I am weary to get too far ahead of myself with ideas and plans because I really want the company and atmosphere to grow organically. That said, I have a few tentative thoughts to share.
● I play periodically throughout the day, but would like to plan activities between 6pm and 12am Eastern Standard Time (EST). That way it is easier to organize groups and events consistently.
● I have very poor vision, so serious content like Savage and Ultimate isn't something I have focused on. Despite that, I would like to be able to support and participate in whatever activities the group prefers most.
● I enjoy voice chat over discord, especially when doing a menial task. However, I would never say it's mandatory for company members to use.
● I ran a free company a long time ago and found the permission system to be horrible. Instead of inching members through several ranks of trust in arbitrary ways, I give all of the useful ones after a trial period and informal interview. If permissions don't matter to you, then you don't have to worry about it.
● Honestly, I care more about the quality of the people who want to be in my guild than how many or how "flashy" it ends up being down the road.
