In observance of the Memorial Day holiday, live support via the North American SQUARE ENIX Support Center will be closed on Monday, May 31, 2010.

Please note that the SQUARE ENIX Support Center live support will reopen at the usual time of 9:00 (PDT) on Tuesday, Jun. 1, 2010.

Please note that the SQUARE ENIX Support Center web site (http://support.na.square-enix.com) and FINAL FANTASY XI GM support will continue to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
