- Put the minimum amount of works on the item itself, slight modification on existing items will do
- Pick brand or company that only exist in a select few countries
- The best candidates would be the one that would require 90% of players to actually fly and boost tourism
- Heavily limit the supply even though digital codes can be arbitrarily generated and printed
- Get scalpers on board in promoting your promotion so that promotional can be properly promoted
- Add expiry date on the codes as well, as if those numbers went through decomposition if it weren't redeemed
- The more pain involved in getting it the better, people place a higher value if they had to go through a lot of effort to obtain them
