Okay this needs some explanation.
A year or two ago I bought FXIV, later I upgraded all the way up to Shadowbringers when it came out (steam) at this point I never had a problem since I remembered my SE ID.
Now when I try to play again I'm supposed to login with my ID, which I don't know. But that's not all, when I log into the lodestone/mogstation with my E-mail I get an empty trial account login.
If I use the Square Enix support they will just give me my empty trial account ID and not the one that has all my characters and expansions.
Does anyone have an Idea how to fix this?
