Is it just me, or do these guys take forever to handle basic support tickets?
I've had quicker customer server from both older and newer companies who I wasn't already spending money with.
I literally am just waiting for them to put an item onto a character that was paid for before I blow way too much money on other things.
Is there a faster way to get ahold of them?
