So I just started using my squadron after having recruited them and sent them on missions til they were like 21ish. I'm trying to rank up in my GC and I read that I have to do squadron stuff to do so.

So a few questions:
- How do I get them to stop sucking? They take forever to get into a fight.
- How do I get my healer to actually heal? She just waits til I'm about to die before even thinking of healing.
- How should I train them to get the best use out of them? I don't really understand the attributes.
- Are there any recommended party comps I should have? I'm tanking because when I had one of them tanking they were taking forever to engage the enemy, but now I'm hardly getting any heals.
