SPOILERS was going to try completing the CT before SBB but I was queuing without success for days for Syrcus Towers. Decided to just start SBB and glad I did because the story got me invested right away.
Would I be correct in guessing that doing the CT quests would unlock additional dialogue about the Exarch and WoL recognising each other? I kinda spoiled for myself who the Exarch is by clicking on some reddit post in the past
Is there anything additional apart from the above?
