I understood when they were super optional content that was barely related to the MSQ but nowadays, with nearly every raid boss getting unique voice acting and in the actual fight anyway, it's just distracting.

Pandaemonium was just as dramatic and important to the lore as many moments in the MSQ, same with the Twelve, and scenes like Eutrope's entrance and backstory in the Arcadion feel like they should be voiced by the standards set by the game up to this point and yet they just aren't. The justifications no longer seem valid to me.

EDIT: I should clarify that I don't think every cutscene should be voiced. Not even the MSQ does that. But there are certainly important scenes in each that feel like they should go the extra mile for, like they did with Themis' send-off in Pandaemonium.
