Who built it?
The technology looks Alexandrian, and there's electrope all over the walls, but how would they have built that on the Source side?
Was it the Lalafells who crossed over? As far as we know they didn't have electrope technology.
It definitely wasn't the Yok Huy either, but based on what they said that portal has been there for at least 1000 years.
