Issue description:
I have been doing collectables for scripts for most of Sunday and Monday morning. I made many 91+ collectables (including Rarefied Tacos de Carne Asada, a level 100 Culinarian collectable and Rarefied Gemsap of Dexterity, a level 93 Alchemy collectable) with That Which Binds Us II Free Company buff going all of Sunday. Many of my gear pieces were overmelded, some even pentamelded.
I have made over 100 level 91+ collectables, yet my spiritbond on the new crafter gear is still only 1%.
