For the past 3 months or so I've been living with the fact that, usually within the first 15 minutes of playing, ffxiv will freeze my entire computer forcing me to hard shut down my pc by holding the power button. It seems specifically related to ffxiv because I don't have this issue with other games such as MHW and ffxv. After the first reboot it usually works fine for 3+ hour stretches. Has anyone else experienced this and have suggestions on how to fix? Thanks!

Other notes: Not sure if this is relevant, but after a reboot the launcher will launch as if the game is being installed for the first time (asks if I possess a SE account and shows terms of service). It doesn't seem to affect anything, but seems correlated with whatever the issue is
