So I'm in a bit of a bind here.
It's the first time leading a static for me, and I have a DPS who seems to be struggling to do their rotation properly, which leads to low percentiles for them and the team struggling with DPS checks.
Normally I'd find it easy to work with a person like this, but the issue here is that they do not want to hear it. Even simple suggestions in the past have led to aggressive behavior, so I'm worried that if I point this out I'll be met with resistance - and I'd rather not have to find a new member of the team again as we go through E4S.
I know what the obvious answer is here, but I'd like some input on how other people have handled situations like this. How have others approached a person in their group like this? Any advice would be appreciated.
