I would like to address several problems that I faced with this job and my solution to card system.

issues with the job:
  1. card system DT change kills it by giving non DPS buffs
  2. buffs doesn't feel impactful
  3. busyness of the job compared to jobs in the same role

solution:
  • remove any kind of non DPS cards and keep cards DPS only
  • other system should be focus on healing part only.. no DPS buttons every 2 min
  • Keep cards as GCD that give high potencies
  • below my solution to keep card system better

Overview:
Keeping card system focus on DPS only while other kit is healing.
Cards should be more impactful give much more percentage while keeping it as GCD and make the job less busy.


Card system:
Completely rework the cards.
reason: adding bonus to jobs which is hard casters like BLM and PCT. while adding affect to also jobs that are faster like VPR and NIN

cards:
  • Balance: Buff target by adding damage bonus to next GCD by 100P for next 5 GCD for 20s.
  • Arrow: Buff target by adding damage bonus to next 2 oGCD by 150P and next 4 GCD by 50P for 20s.
  • Spear: Buff target by adding extra 30% bonus damage to crit attacks for 20s.
  • Spire: Buff target Crit percentage by 15% for 20s.

Each 30 sec will allow you to draw 2 cards,
first card will be randomize between balance/arrow
second card will be randomize between spear/spire

Other kit changes reasons:
keep the job fantasy buffing self healing rather than using oGCD as buff to allies

Other Kit changes:
  • Exaltation
  • Celestial Intersection
  • Neutral Sect
will be used as impowering skills to next Healing GCD.

it will empower these spells:
  • Aspected Benefic
  • Helios Conjunction

Light speed: allow to cast while moving.
