This system makes no sense to me. There are tons of small and medium plots going for 1.9-2 million on Faerie in the new wards not being purchased and they are STILL locked?
So, the only way as a private individual is to wait for some old ghetto cast-off plot to become available in an older ward, then pay $3.5 million for the same plot I could get for $1.9 million in the new ward? How does that make sense?
I can see locking the new wards the first week or two of the patch but obviously no one is rushing out to grab these plots so open them up! I have the gil, I should be able to buy it. I have a life, I have a job. I am not going to spend 8-10 hours waiting on one plot and an invisible timer.
It's just ridiculous how this system forces first time home buyers to jump through rings of fire all for some old plot someone transferred from in a location that probably stinks and you don't even want. AND you have the audacity to make me pay upwards of $2 million MORE for the same plot going for way less in another ward? Come on.
