So about the Hanu in Kozama'uka...

If we are supposed to come to understand Hanu culture so well, with their whole thing about living where the reed grows and such -- why is the largest and architecturally most interesting Hanu settlement the one that sits just outside the eastern bounds of the zone? It has more verticality than any of their other settlements, more houses, a more imposing central building rising over it all.. and it sits entirely on stilts over a fast flowing river. That's impressive, considering it looks no worse for wear sitting in the middle of a raging river right after supposedly the largest and most destructive storm to have hit that zone in a long, long time. The Flight of We Wingless, also on wooden stilts and of similar construction techniques, had a whole mountain to lean and anchor on and that still got reduced to matchsticks in same storm.

Why does this largest visible Hanu settlement not only have no role in the zone's quests or lore, but we can't even go there?
