Slow talking voiced characters make cutscenes draaaaaaaag

In general, I am always hoping that the next cutscene will be a voiced one (something I have actually not seen a ton of in Dawntrail so far... did Endwalker spoil me?) but Devs, please, PLEASE for the love of God if a character is voiced, can you have them speak at a normal pace? There are a couple characters and a particular one (you'll know the one) that takes like three times as long to spit out a sentence compared to the others. It made me think back to English Midgardsormr from ARR.

I'm assuming they're doing it to somehow accentuate a different creature's speech, but all it does is make me want to instantly click skip to the next dialogue window... the game is already full of a bit too much extraneous chatter, it just makes it that much more painful when someone's overacting it at a snail's pace.
