Keepers of the Mists «Mist» is open to new members! All are welcome, regardless of experience or playtime.
About Us
We’re a friendly, easygoing FC with a focus on being helpful. We strive for a close-knit and personal atmosphere, where no one is just a name and random discussions on whatever topics—from pineapple on pizza to the latest expansion lore—are encouraged.
Many of our members work during the day, often AFK’ing for questions and chat silliness, and switch gears in the evenings and weekends for dungeon/roulette runs, map parties, mount farms, etc. We tend to skew older (out of college, “adulting”), but welcome players of all ages.
We have members doing everything from working through MSQ, to perfecting glams and achievement hunting, to end-game raiding; we recognize that everyone has their own goals and real life responsibilities, and aim to help where we can.
Amenities
We currently have a small FC house, and are poised to upgrade with the upcoming ward expansion. Chocobo stables are tended to multiple times a day and color-changing food and leveling items are available upon request. The FC chest is well stocked with minions, mounts, and orchestrion rolls for members, and we supply Fashion Report item sets (free 60k+ MGP!) weekly. Our gathering- and crafting-inclined are happy to help with gear or items as well.
For FC buffs--reduced teleportation cost is up 24/7, with increased MGP on Saturdays and increased battle exp the rest of the time. Other FC Buffs are also available during events like Ishgard Restoration.
We do have a Discord, but participation is not required. We mainly use it for coordination, resources, and out-of-game chatter.
