Steps:
1. To get to this sightseeing log you need to be on a mount and use the increased mount speed to make the jump. Unfortauntely now that we can fly in these areas, it doesnt jump it just starts flying. You are also unable to just land and dismount on this vista location, so it is now completely unable to be reached. I've tried for ages sprinting and jumping but it doesnt seem to give me enough distance.
