Mostly copying what I said in another thread, I wondered if this idea would actually be well received or not. Note that this suggestion has nothing to do with job balance/performance, they can reduce potencies to compensate for the increased skill speed for all I care:

Warrior with a full skill speed build is a lot of fun and makes such a huge difference in engagement and excitement imo. Too bad it's a terrible build meta wise. With huge skill speed I might consider it the most fun tank, without, probably the least. It's strange but I don't have this with other jobs, WAR in particular just feels really great and brutal with high skill speed. Sadly you can't get very high even when you meld full skill speed (at the moment) and your Skill Speed also gets severely nerfed every time you sync (even at Grand Cosmos sync, which is really frustrating).
I wish the job would get an overall skill speed buff like the melees (at cost of some dps potencies perhaps), I just get the feeling that's how it's supposed to be played with how well it flows and it also fits the theme aesthetic.
Note that WAR has the least amount of DPS oGCDs out of all Tanks (and melees) and is generally considered to have the most simple and least engaging dps rotation between melee jobs. I think it's fine they play simple since it sort of fits their aesthetic theme, but having the lack of engagement partly compensated with Skill Speed seems like a great idea imo, and again, WAR in particular feels great at high skill speed compared to other jobs I've tried imo and I think it's due to its berserker nature.
If you got spare gil and time and haven't tried it before, I suggest you melding full skill speed once (trying to get below 2.3 GCD) and try it out, although I'd warn you that it might be tough to go back to meta build once you've got a taste and you might be longing for even more skill speed then. I didn't know it'd make such a difference until I had tried it, not sure if you'd feel the same way though but let me know.
