(shb Spoilers) True Name Hypothesizing

From what I’ve gleaned, the Convocation consisted of fourteen Ascians, of whom one defected to the Evoke Hydaelyn side. I’ve noticed that there’s some hypothesizing of whether the other Convocation members besides Hades are also named after Hellenic gods. In other words, whether we’re looking at the thirteen Olympians, plus Hades (a Chthonic god, but still a child of Kronos and Rhea).

Yes, you read that right. Thirteen.

The twelve Olympians originally included Hestia, but she was displaced by Dionysos. Hence, if the Hellenic theme naming holds true, then I think it likely that Hestia will prove to be the defector—and the original incarnation of the Warrior of Light.

Admittedly, I had thought that Lahabrea would be Poseidon, and Elidibus Zeus, but a friend’s comment about Lahabrea bonding with a female Ascian in his battle went to her belief that he’s actually Apollon (with the other Ascian Artemis). There is a question, though, of whether any theoi was associated with cold, as in how Lahabrea fights. Similarly, Elidibus’s epithet instead suggests Hermes.
