So i've bought the standard edition off the official site yesterday and got the horrid "Code is invalid" on the mog station, after hours of troubleshooting I devcided to reach out to the support who has not gotten back to me yet, okay fine, I've waited until morning in hopes of something from them, still nothing. Okay well let me go ahead and just buy the collectors edition off the SE site and see if it works, maybe just maybe I got a bad code, Nope. So now I have a standard edition code that doesn't work in the Mog Station and a Collectors Edition code that does not work in the Mog station, has this happened to anyone else? I took a long break from FFXIV after Stormblood and heard good things about this expansion but i'm not really feeling it at this point.

Bought two codes off SE and they both throw the invalid code response back at me, no contact from Customer Support yet either since yesterday.
