I have already created a ticket a few days ago to address this issue, I reactivated my account a few days ago to play and noticed I don't have shadowbringers anymore. I do have pictures of my mogstation/ingame character (at level 80) and a picture of my email/registration code when I purchased the expansion. 
If anyone has some insight on this that would be awesome!
