Is there a reason why server restarts/hot patch fixes are not done during day times at weekdays? It is quite inconvenient to have to wait for server restarts after getting home and wanting to play. If the time can be set during morning time of the server local time, it would be ideal, such as 7:00AM - 11:00AM etc. At this time most people are at work or school and so the impact is not as significant. Server restarts starting at 8:00PM until 2:00 AM are prime gaming times for most busy individuals.
