Frequency: Any time you take off the visor of the equipment.
Steps:
1. Equip Pedagogy Mortarboard on Miqo'te
2. /visor off
3. See Rod/frozen eyepiece sticking out
Visor On= no frozen piece sticking out
I have not tested with other races in-depth except Female Lalafell, which was fine. However I saw on other screenshots online that it's not prominent for some races and shows on others. I have see it shown on Female Hroth models at the back of the head as well.
I don't think the Specs of the PC or connection matter so I will not post it nor my character details.
