Scalefast Woes

Hi Friends,

I received only 1/2 of my order today from the Store - they told me that the warehouse shows that both items shipped in the same box, but I only received one item. (The box was too small to hold two of these items, and the weight of the package was too light to hold both items - I'm waiting to hear back from customer service regarding these details.)

I was advised to open a complaint with UPS and USPS regarding this - is this normal? Do they pass the buck like this when they make a mistake in shipping orders? :confused:

I've never really had an issue with Scalefast before.
