Cadet aka employee Nekio. they ran us ragged friday it was my first week and we did 1 1/2 miles then sit ups push ups then 200 crunches then 300meter sprint then 28lb kettle ball for thighs arms and all over work out then 1/2 mile run to the sand dunes then run up the sand dunes and down the other side then run around to the start area several times then 1/2 mile run back. All before lunch
