Steps:
1. Start game
2. Login to game
3. Choose Saba Mercure
4. Game tries to log her in
5. Game quits back to Start screen
I have 4 characters on that server, all the other ones can login just fine. Square Enix support said that the issue was not properly logged out, but Saba Mercure logged out correctly last night, and now she cannot login. I have tried several times this morning and its all the same, I get dumped back to the Start screen.
Square Enix Support said to file bug report here if it kept happening. It happens every time I try to login on Saba Mercure.
When I use a VPN like NORDVPN and connect to Japan, then the character Saba Mercure can login correctly every time.
Disconnect from the VPN, and the issue returns every time. This is reproduceable on Windows, on MacOS and on the PS4.
Since it happens on every device I own, do I really need to fill out everything below.
The Windows 10 box is a generic gaming pc that I built.
The Mac is a 2013 iMac
The PS4 is PS4Pro.
This issue happens on all three.
