The "SSC" is a shipping operation inherited by Rerenima Rurunima that specializes in the movement of valuable materials. To the average citizen, they're simply a collection of talented people willing to go to great lengths to get the job done. To those who dig a little deeper, however... they may find that many of the 'products' moved around by the longstanding business and its shrewd former owner have been less than legal and at times altogether deadly. At least, that's how things used to be.
Rerenima, however, seems to have different plans, and now makes the rounds through every major city to sell the idea. The SSC's goals these days? To create a network of suppliers, crafters and venues-- a collective of businesses working together for the benefit of all. A few small alliances have already been formed, and things seem to be off to a good start! Such a sordid history is difficult to overcome though, and the newly branded Silver Sands Collective has only just begun to face the first of many trials and tribulations.
Is your character looking for a job? Have they always wanted to see the world on someone else's gil? The SSC is hiring! Are they looking to expand their own business ventures? They're also seeking affiliates, business partners, and allies! Not a lalafell? Not a problem- while the company takes pride in its home-grown roots, it employs and works with all races with equal enthusiasm.
From seasoned veterans to new sprouts, our FC open to all levels of RP experience: Come as you are, and bring a friend. Our roleplay is made up of adventure, mystery, intrigue, dark (non-sexual) themes, and casual interaction, with stories that take place out in the world, rather than inside the FC house. For our combat-related RP, we use no roll systems! We're a small group that relies on trust that everyone will represent themselves fairly and honestly, and work with the whole team to achieve a collective goal.
Our aim, ultimately, is to create a place where all role-players can feel at home, and where lalafellin can hang out without being the butt of every joke, or that small person in the way. Our discord, CWLS, and events are open to the public, and FCs wishing to collaborate with us are encouraged to come in and introduce themselves! Interested in visiting the FC house?
