I think to give players on congested worlds incentive to visit new/preferred worlds they should get the road to 90 bonus when they visit that world.
Right now I have no incentive to leave my homeworld at all, but if I could get road to 90 I would be DC travelling a lot more frequently.
I know it's meant to entice players to move there full time but ain't no way I'm ditching my house for a 90 day EXP buff.
