Raise is a doom spell for SMN and RDM and I believe this spell caused tons of balance issue for DPS jobs.

Respawn timer will let players have room to recover and DPS jobs will not be doomed because of this feature

Here is my suggestion:
- If someone died, it will have respawn timer, this timer will increase based on how much player died starting from 60s,120s,240s,can't be revived unless healers raise them.
- Remove raise completely from DPS jobs and have some alternatives for SMN,RDM to reduce their respawn timers.
- Remove death debuff for first 2 deaths at least.
